Description : We are medical health organization looking for service provider (From USA Only) for our requirement of Medical Billing Services. The contract will be for 2 Years. The provider will be paid on commission per cent (%) of funds collected. We are currently process approximately 80000 USD worth of claims per year. We are looking to increasing this amount to 200000 USD in FY2010 and 270000 USD in FY2011. We process claims from 74 USD to 482 USD per claim and they range in type from lab tests, OG/GYN procedures, immunizations, etc.
Scope of services :
1.) Submit claims generated by Health clinics administered by us and to effect collection processes to maximize the revenue through typical medical accounts receivable revenue cycle management processes.
2.) We have three (3) main family planning clinics and fourteen (14) school health clinics that serve the public.
3.) We are processing claims for Medicaid and various insurance companies. We are looking for a medical billing agent to provide this service that has experience and can investigate and when warranted resubmit corrected claim denials and provide a quicker turnaround for receipt of revenues from claims approved.
4.) We desire an average turnaround of 15 days with no more than 4 weeks to complete a claim.
Payment terms are negotiable. Interested service providers are requested to send their proposal on or before Wednesday June 24, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. local time via post, courier or hand delivered only. This tender is onshore and offsite. Provider can attend a optional briefing meeting on 9th June, 2009 at our office. Provider may have to visit our location for meetings and briefings.
