4 Revenue reports
5 Cash receipts

3. To prepare accurate insurance claims electronically which include Medicare, Medicaid, anthem, champus and other applicable carriers including commercial and private insurance
4. To provide the county with an itemized report reconciling all invoices and claims billed, monies collected and outstanding balances on monthly basis.

Purpose :
1. The respondent must currently have a software interface with emsCharts and must have significant experience and knowledge of the data transfer with the respondent’s billing software
2. To generate and manage billing for a minimum of 20,000 calls a year
3. Must have an acceptable and proven back-up/redundancy system
4. Provide support during normal business hours by phone and/or online
5. Ability to allow our county Auditors access to patient account status, account notes, filing dates, insurance payment data information in real time online access.
