Description : We are looking to outsource our requirement of Billing Services. We are looking for the firms that can provide pre-hospital emergency medical services.
Scope :
1. To provide services including research of current practices, any recommendations on the most efficient process to utilize, development of detailed plan and implementation schedule for effective cost recovery, assistance in development
2. To provide turnkey implementation and billing process program in conjunction with the adoption of an applicable ordinance and accordance with the requirements of said ordinance
3. To prepare accurate insurance claims electronically which include Medicare, Medicaid, anthem, champus and other applicable carriers including commercial and private insurance
4. To provide the county with an itemized report reconciling all invoices and claims billed, monies collected and outstanding balances on monthly basis.
