Description : We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Billing Services. We are looking for emergency medical billing services.
Scope :
1. To provide complete medical billing and accounts receivable management services
2. To provide data on company history of collections which includes payer mix with percentage of collections for each category
3. The responsibility of service provider include obtaining missing or incomplete insurance information and billing information
4. Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of different industry insurance plans and providers
5. Assigning of billing account numbers that provide a cross-reference when new account is received
6. Accuracy in coding of medical claims
7. Complete info about the patient must be provided
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 18, 2009, 3:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please review the attachment for more details.
