Description : We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Medical Billing Services. We are looking for Ambulance Billing Services. The duration of the contract is 5 years.
Scope :
1. Receiving electronic patient care report
2. Verifying of missing or in current information related to insurance which is essential for billing process
3. Gathering of all the things that are essential for the billing purpose
4. Preparation and submission of complete and accurate invoices and all the insurance forms and filings to all the insurance sectors
5. Insurance sectors include governmental, private and commercial insurance carriers
6. Preparing and mailing the invoices to the patients or any other party that is payments
7. Preparation of proper accounts for the post payments
8. Refunding of excess or over payments
9. Assigning of unpaid accounts to a professional agency.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 9, 2009, 2:00. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please review the attachment for more details.
