Description : We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Medical Billing Service. We are looking for emergency medical billing and data collection. The duration of the contract is 3 years with the option of 2 year renewal.

Scope :
1. Insurance billings shall be accomplished within three business days after the provider receives the information
2. Provide umbrella billing services on behalf of the boards emergency medical billing
3. Identify the reasonable and customary amount allowed by the insurance carriers on quarterly basis
4. Using of available means for ascertaining the liable insurance carrier for any client
5. Accounts must remain with the board
6. Possess and maintain nationwide billing and collection capabilities
7. Maintenance the stated insurance and bond requirements throughout the Contract period
8. Provide correct information about the Patient’s bill and specifically about the dollar amount in question

2. Providing of dictation reports which includes high occurrence of technical and medical terminology
3. Dictation requires knowledge of the following vocabulary:
- Oncology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Pediatrics, Pharmacy, Podiatry, Psychiatry, Psychology, Pulmonary Disease, Rheumatology, Urology, Cardiology, Dentistry, Dermatology, Dietary/Nutrition, Drug and Alcohol treatment etc
4. Dictation reports that may be transcribed includes:
- Progress notes, Narrative Summaries, administrative reports and meeting minutes, History and Physical assessment reports, consultations, and other miscellaneous medical
5. Providers must have various accents, volume, speech, voice, tone, delivery, voice speeds, pronunciation and enunciation

2. Checking of all the tickets that have been received and verified and the patient info is included
3. Providing of labor, technology and materials for obtaining the missing patient information
4. All this must be done before issuing of insurance claims or direct patient billing
5. Providing of follow-up billing upon receipting of new information
6. Receiving of data files from other sources for updating of patient accounts
7. Updating of patients accounts upon receipt of payment info
8. The payment must be done within 90 days, if the days exceed 90 for non-insurance bills, the account will not be turned over to the collection agency
9. Providing of professional customer service representatives response for the patient enquiries
10. Providing single point of contact for Metro staff responsible for managing this contract.
