Description : We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Medical Billing Service. We are looking for emergency medical billing and data collection. The duration of the contract is 3 years with the option of 2 year renewal.
Scope :
1. Insurance billings shall be accomplished within three business days after the provider receives the information
2. Provide umbrella billing services on behalf of the boards emergency medical billing
3. Identify the reasonable and customary amount allowed by the insurance carriers on quarterly basis
4. Using of available means for ascertaining the liable insurance carrier for any client
5. Accounts must remain with the board
6. Possess and maintain nationwide billing and collection capabilities
7. Maintenance the stated insurance and bond requirements throughout the Contract period
8. Provide correct information about the Patient’s bill and specifically about the dollar amount in question
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than October, 9, 2009, by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please review the attachment for more details.
