1. To provide services for transport billing collections, analytical services and financial reporting
2. To provide monthly accounts receivable report
3. Revenue report showing all the transports billed
4. Listing of all accounts on monthly basis
5. Providing report summarizing the account activity through the previous statement
6. Reports on annual basis that must include demographics of population
7. Reports that are viewable by internet and printable by PDF
8. Monthly accounting period that are listing for the new collected each month.
This is an on shore and off site tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than September, 29, 2009, 2:00 PM by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please review the attachment for more details.
