Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Medical Billing Service. We are looking for EMS Billing Service. The duration of the contract is 3 years with 2 additional 1 year extensions.

Scope:
1. Processing, invoicing and collecting the costs for EMS
2. Provide all necessary services to receive and process patient billing and collections
3. Provide department with all monthly billing, finance and receivable reports
4. To assist patients and/or other third party payers in all billing inquires in a timely fashion as specified herein
5. Provide regular updates and on-going training to the City of any changes to billing requirements based on industry standards or requirements applicable to health care laws and regulations
6. Respond promptly to all patient requests and inquiries, whether written or verbal
7. Verify, correct and maintain accurate billing address information for all transported patients.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 19, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
