Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of Medical Billing Service. We are looking for Provision of EMS Billing Service.

Scope:
1. Emergency medical and ambulance service
2. Receive transport information and supporting documentation and confirm receipt of that documentation
3. Printing and processing applicable insurance claims including claims processing for Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, secondary insurance, supplemental insurance, workers compensation carriers and any other 3rd party payers who currently accept electronic claim submission or have specific billing requirements
4. Process and send initial itemized invoice within 5 days of receipt of Patient Care Report
5. Respondent will prepare all invoices and follow-up mailings
6. Maintain a hard copy file for each and every incident including Patient Care Report, Explanation of Benefits, patient correspondence, medical requests, and any other correspondence applicable to the incident
7. Provide a Toll-Free number for patient/administration inquiries
8. Collect, process, and file any and all Medical Record requests
9. Maintain a billing data back-up or redundancy system that insures data integrity and retention
10. Assist in the annual preparation and submission.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 5, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
