Description : We are looking to outsource our requirement of Medical Billing Services. We are looking for emergency medical billing services that can provide care to all the unincorporated areas and incorporated cities of our country.
Purpose :
1. The respondent must currently have a software interface with emsCharts and must have significant experience and knowledge of the data transfer with the respondent’s billing software
2. To generate and manage billing for a minimum of 20,000 calls a year
3. Must have an acceptable and proven back-up/redundancy system
4. Provide support during normal business hours by phone and/or online
5. Ability to allow our county Auditors access to patient account status, account notes, filing dates, insurance payment data information in real time online access.
